I received incorrect / faulty / damaged items
For any incorrect items received or items that are faulty or damaged, we’ll send you a prepaid return label for easy return. You’ll not be charged for the return postage and have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund for those items.

● Submission of a photo is required for all faulty or damaged items.
● Replacements or refunds will be only processed upon successful return of the items.

No prob, you can return items you don’t want them anymore and receive a full refund for the items.
First, please note
● You can return the items only if they are unused, in their original packaging and in new, resale condition within 14 days of the receipt.
● Upon successful return and verification of the above conditions, you’ll receive a full refund for the items, but not for the shipping costs.
● It is your responsibility to return the items using a tracked post service (such as USPS first class mail) and packing them safely (in a box) to avoid any damage during transit.
